Hongera Equity Bank....Equity Bank is great inspirational for many Kenyans who have seeing the Bank growing by moving against the tides(not doing what other Banks do).We are inspired that Its Possible to grow....and maintain the growth....

PAT = 3.01b [2009= 2.10b]
Therefore, EPS = 0.81, Forward P/E@24 =14.8

Shareholder's funds = 25.7b [2009 21.1b]
Therefore, NAV = 6.95, P/B@24 = 3.55

FYI: I have Equity shares, 15% of my stocks portfolio, so I am quite happy with the results. I will weep tears of joy!!!!

Very strong Q2. Interest income seems to have short up. Good to see the bank is moving into treasuries in a big way (its free money). F&C not as strong, but hopefully we'll see mkesho bounce in Q3 going forward.
I am a happy shareholder.
Hope referendum doesn't spoil the party.

@yekeyeke; you are mistaken. Please remind me when it was that I "pigad" Equity "bila sababu"
