As per KenolKobil release today, the processing agreement with KPRL stands. KPRL has not terminated the processing agreement. The dispute will now be heard by an arbitrator under English Law. I hope this ends well and stops negative speculation. Half year results on July 29th A Luta Continua.

I hope KK falls below 10/- on Monday coz I wanna BUY, BUY, BUY...

Lose the license? Nope coz Larry is smoking pot!

Dont forget that KK can still buy fuel from/thru others as long as 50% (70% has been dropped coz KPRL is inefficient + cant meet demand) is processed by KPRL...

At below 10/-, I have an order to BUY... Real & in Wazua!

KPRL's rejoinder is that they are no longer processing for KenolKobil. And they are holding more than 4 billion worth of oil owned by KenolKobil.

It's a tough situation here for KenolKobil. KPRL don't want to go for the arbitration so enforcement is almost impossible. Worst case scenario is that KK pays the 400million being demanded by KPRL to continue operations.

@mv_ufanisi - KK will have to pay the 450mn but question is whether KPRL will accept the cash without a full settlement to start re-processing.

If GoK [shareholder in KPRL thus conflict of interest] allows for KK to import refined product then KK will be fine.

As for the products held by KPRL, KK shud go to order release of all except 450mn worth. A Bond or cash deposit with Court can cover the 'loss' if KK loses.

@the deal. Even if u write in bold, capital letters with font size 10,000. And scream SELL.I amnt blinking an eye . This ar just one of jitter that any sound business has to go through. I believe any intelligent investor shld be buyin into the fear. Take the example of Toyota, Japan. It had a massive recall that put it in a bad light but latter came around and postd huge profits . Your fears though understood are alittle exageratd !
Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !
