Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Here we go!!! Petrodollars, mining and fertiliser dollars coming home...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
