Actually the fellows were not arrested and fired because they were corrupt. Being corrupt is not only a qualification, it is a requirement.

Their problem was undercutting the people above them!!! They decided to run a side scam without involving the people above them! That is totally un acceptable in this dispensation! It is like the Mafia! Everyone must get their cut for each and every hustle otherwise you will be swimming with the fishes!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
