For now. NedBank may be willing to expand in these markets via NCBA.
NCBA is also in West Africa, with a small but growing presence.

Coop will not give that position easily.
There was a time less than 4 years ago NCBA had a bigger balance sheet than co-op.
Now the balance sheet of coop is bigger by more than ksh.100bn

I&M will overtake NCBA even before NCBA gets to position 3.
