Normally, I would make fun of KQ and @Obiero but this is not KQ's making. Even though KQ can command higher fares to most of its destinations where Emirates, Etihad, Qatar competed with KQ, the cost and availability of fuel (& planes) will be a problem.
There was an article that Ethiopian, with many more planes, will see an increase in turnover but even they will face issues with fuel.
