In the villages Rural electrification quite a number of people got the electricity line connected without meters and use for 2 years+ free of charge! KPLC need to get out of their offices and audit their power lines.

In many ghettos illegal connections is a thriving business with the culprits well known. Residents pay like 300 for unlimited elec supply.
