Equity...

Great times...

I am pumping everything (dividends and free cash) into KCB!! The only stock I am currently buying. Upto December or March next year. I am betting big on KCB!!

After that I seat pretty then we talk in a couple of years when subsidiaries start sending a huge portion of their profits to the group after the growth phase.

KCB has ambitions to enter Ethiopia through an acquisition which will not be cheap

I am extremely fine with that. As a long term investor, I love growth!! So long as investments are well thought out I want the companies I am invested in to grow and allocate capital to the same.

I can live with lower dividends short term so long as the profits are being reinvested to bring in even more profits in future.

And the issue of dividends is very hot and even Paul Russo has spoken on it in several interviews.

I believe the KCB Board will try to balance growth and dividends moving forward.
