Anyone investing offshore, how do you go about it? Which brokers do you use? How do you get you dividends and proceeds of sales etc.

Kindly share.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I want to scout for and invest in AI firms and firms supporting them - hardware etc. then see what happens in the next 10 years.

If AI is a bubble and it bursts, well and good, we go back to our normal lives. If it takes over our lives and ways of doing things, well and good, I will be properly hedged!

I was looking into registering with Interactive Brokers this year. It may be an option for you.

What AI firms are you looking at?

In the early twenties, I invested offshore through Royal Skandia (since rebranded) for about nine years. I got disillusioned and bailed after the GFC. They recently reached out pitching NVIDIA, but I gave it a pass.

Perhaps they can be your way into AI.

Tell me how it goes.

I haven't narrowed down on them yet - I will need to do a lot of homework on that - that is why is said scout and invest...

Thanks. You can kindly give more information or a link I can visit?

They reached out by phone. I didn't ask for their current contact details, but a Web search should help you find them. I believe they merged with Old Mutual.
