Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Just like clockwork, Tbills & Tbond rates skyrocket and the next move is an MP thinking of an interest rate cap without even trying to find out why the rates are up. Same script as last time

LOL, reading this statement one would think the leaders were dropped from heaven or were imposed on us, which is not the case. The reality is that leaders come from amongst ourselves. Accordingly, we are the idiots. If you asked a random Kenyan (not the sophisticated ones like those on this platform), you will more likely than not find that they agree with the sentiments of the said MP.

Nothing in the statement implies the leaders are different from the electorate.

The implication of stating that we are governed by idiots could be construed to mean that the electorate are not idiots.

In such a case the problem is the person reading not the one who wrote. The one reading should solve his problems.Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

We are governed by Kenyans. I hope this is not misconstrued to mean I am not a Kenyan. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

In last one year, as predicted here, bank stocks have brought the chicken home. Now, it's time to sell. I will explain later

Banks will definitely perform but looking at stocks like Kengen, Umeme and KPLC. there potential upside will probably higher on the event that the NSE turns into a bull mkt. These stocks are undervalued by over 50% while most bank stocks are actually overvalued. e.g. KCB (That said, KCB still has some upside potential but not much)
Do it today! Tomorrow is promise to no-one.
