There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

Has the casino(NSE) finally turned a corner?

Is it safe to conclude that maybe Zaks a.k.a. Kaunda- uwongo-man and Oxford Ndii (yes the Ndii who flaunts miwani ya kamba) have a formula for economy na sio guesswork pata potea ile ya @VVS na @Ericsson?

Daudi can put forth all his formulas but when the c(R)ooks tire of him they will kick him aside. He knows it.

In the meantime, I keep pushing for higher dividends. smile

Mmeona hiyo pump and dump ya EA port land?
11 to 50 in one month and now no takers?
For a firm that was almost auctioned by former employees?
Aiii?

Speculation is good for the market.
Given what happened with Bamburi, I can understand why some chose to buy EAPCC but the problems are much deeper.

Buyer beware at the higher prices

I wonder how EAPC plays into the Bamburi sale (given that Bamburi owns a share of EAPC)

Holcim, Bamburi's parent wants out of East Africa it's safe to assume they will sell their stake. I think that's a minus. Treasury promised to sell their stake (GOK promises aren't worth much). The only redeeming factor here is the land sale but can you really trust the management?
