What is it with Express- Any Good news soon

What is wrong with this stock, it has been depressed for so long, why are investors shunning Express.
Pray I pray it its 15/= soon every day but God just wont Answer my prayers.
15/= is my current break even, should i continue to buy to average down?

I think the speculation abt their results come August is driving up the share. If and only if u believe in the company and the managment shld you average down.
