They always pay on April Fools day, so 3rd. Bigger query is % they plan to give

Hiyo sijawahi pata so I've no clue. Na UNAITAS wamekataa ku-clarify what loyalty dividends are despite me asking several times.

Another thing I'd like to know is why not all members are invited to the AGM, only delegates. How does one become a delegate? No clue either...

In this age many Saccos are holding Hybrid AGMs with those able to attend going physically and those who are unable they can choose can attend virtually. There's no excuse for all members not having the option to attend.

Already in the dividend account. But, withdrawal is only from 02/04/24 as per them.
