, @VV, these guys are geniuses. They skim the West and invest in Eastleigh then all of us scream ni piracy. Have you ever wondered why their preferred destinations are Scandinavian and Nordic countries? There even children are paid welfare money. They simply save as much as they can and come buy properties and establish businesses in Kenya.

@Evolve, its in perception. Like some argue piracy gets back to Africa what Europe robbed from it - payback time.Now these Somalis have gone a step further, they are getting reparations at individual levels.

For skimming, we don't get to know about the second party (mostly NGO) and council officials who get the welfare money fraudulently in the first place (by the way it needs not be corruption in the mainstream manner).
