I wonder why Trancentury has been so low, yet its just 7 days or 3 working days for the magic to begin. I would be quiet about it but Ive gone broke buying here.

Maybe I'm looking at this badly, maybe not. But if I buy 100 shares @ sh 10 = app 1050
Rights @ 5:1
Thus 500shares + 100=600@ksh 1050.
Maybe I'm wrong but at the current prize of 0.8 - 0.99 the future bonus shares are the repayment.

Kuramo Capital Management LLC, on behalf of its advised funds, has indicated through a letter of intent,
their willingness to support the fundraising process by subscribing to its pro-rata 25% rights up to an
amount of KShs 1.1 billion (USD 10 million) subject to the regulatory approvals. The other shareholders
are expected to follow their rights based on their voting of 87% to support the process during the AGM.

Kuramo believe there's value here, time will tell.

Interesting. But how do you suppose Trancentury's fortunes will change? in my understand, CAK's role is merger control and consumer protection.
