10. Low-cost housing

To deal with the huge challenge of youth unemployment, the President said his administration will roll out a social and affordable low-cost housing program, targeting an average of 250,000 units a year.
This, he said will create opportunities in the entire job market and they will engage TVET institutions to provide the necessary skills to enable the Jua Kali industry to supply standardized products for our housing program.


I will question why some Kenyans will be allowed to buy many houses constructed under mortgage while others have none by the virtue they are able to pay cash or affront amount.
We all have IDs and no one should be allowed to buy such low cost houses twice in whole of Kenya to have equality!!

"Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition leader Raila Odinga is back in the political scene with a new rallying call to his supporters.
