I find it strange that the results are not yet published on the following websites; Bamburi, CMA and NSE.
WE still have a long way to go as far as corporate governance is concerned. That it takes a whole 4 months after a financial year to release results.
In other markets, financial results of Q1 2022 is what is currently in focus.

How fair is this?Bamburi lends at 1.4 shouldn't the big boys eat together with the minority shareholders. And of the board and management how prudent is it to lend at 1.4% and borrow at 5.4?

If both loans (to and from) are of the same currency, this is atrocious. Dollar loans attract a lower level of interest as opposed to other currencies. It makes no sense for Head Office to borrow USD from a subsidiary at 1.4% and then lend another at above 5% Sad

Bamburi to sell Uganda operation.Sale of UG operation
I anticipate a special dividend(If the big boys don't lend to themselves at 1.4% smile ) and the rest to be used in developing mining/clinker plant at the coast.
Please note current market value of Bamburi at 8B.
