correction...u r supposed to develop within 3 yrs of buying not 6 months....if you don't develop within the 3 yrs then u will charged a higher service charge..

for 1.2 in phase 1 , i think its fare...on phase 2 @js is probably right

I think this is a noble project if it comes to fruition and by look of things it will though its a bit slow
