Did you know that Kite has an Ethiopia ndogo Congo DRC ndogo Rwanda-Burundi ndogo? Why do you think these regional mblathees of ours are flocking hapa? Hear them explain why in their own broken Kiswahili The funniest was jana I was driving down Namanga rd in Kite CBD and saw a karashinga driving his piki piki heading home "across the bridge." Karashingas si wajinga. They too have smelled the opportunity in Kenya's fastest growing town and have moved in big time. Hardware shops are being bought up left right and centre by them.

Tigoni is the new Runda. don't compare tigoni with runda. tigoni is what runda wished it could have been but can never be.

Why would I buy that house in the dusty surburbs of Kitengela, 1 million kilometers from Westlands/Upper Hill/CBD when I can buy a townhouse in the real Runda for the same price? Because you are stuck in the past and Kitengela is the future There's a reason why Kitengela is Kenya's fastest growing town and not Tigoni the reason is tax bracket.

Tigoni is the new Runda. don't compare tigoni with runda. tigoni is what runda wished it could have been but can never be. Jon Jones has no clue what he's talking about. I doubt he has even been to Tigoni Of course Tigoni is upper class. If you were to count the number of people who own all the land in Tigoni, it is a handful of msungus and local billionaires. https://www.businessdail...m-that-s-tigoni-2073912
This is why very little NEW investment is going into Tigoni because the farms/homesteads have been established there since enzi za wakoloni. Meanwhile 300 billion went into Kitengela corridor last year I asked JonJones to tell us how much in comparison was invested in Tigoni and he pulled up stumps

Did you know that Naivas Kitengela is considered a "more profitable" branch than Nairobi Core branches? Let that sink in for a minute https://www.businessdail...-expansion-drive-2198782

Quote:Flourishing Kenyan Middle Class Attracts Artcaffé Group in KitengelaArtcaffé Group has opened its 29th outlet, Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery in Kitengela attributing it to the rising disposable incomes from a flourishing middle class.Betty Musyoki, Head of Real Estate at Artcaffé Group, said, “Our emphasis is to be in strategic locations that are a hub of economic and social activity. As one of the fastest expanding towns, Kitengela represents a growing economy and flourishing middle class; we look forward to being a part of this community as well as positively impacting local growth.” ArtCaffe Kitengela is a 130-seater bar and restaurant and it is the first branch that has been opened outside of Nairobi for the group. The company recently opened two restaurants, Artcaffe and Urban Burger at the Capital Centre. Artcaffe si wajinga. Those joints are opening up everywhere and they are targeting middle class customers. KFC has a new restaurant in Kamakis. Pizza Inn/Chicken Inn have outlets at Kamakis/Bypass areas. Even Artcaffe is at Kamakis/Bypass, a typical middle class area. Those private equity groups have realized that they can make more money by targeting the middle class instead of the elite because the middle class have the numbers. Before you celebrate, you need to understand how these private equity firms work. If you did, you wouldn't be here using Artcaffe as an indicator of elite status. I am sorry to burst your bubble and illusions of grandeur. Kitengela is a dusty middle class suburb and will remain so. Every middle class neighborhood has a mall and those restaurants these days. You can't use them to make your case. I can get a good townhouse in Kitengela for just 10 million. That is the only information you need to determine that Kitengela is a middle class neighborhood, not the next Runda. You really need to start travelling outside DC so that you can know that it isn't really that special. The title of your article is "flourishing middle class"...not "flourishing elite" Since men have learned to shoot without missing, I have learned to fly without perching

Do you even understand what middle class means? Does Thika town where you live have an Artcaffe? If no, why?

Muthaiga and Runda are BOTH upper class areas you dummy. Land is more expensive in Muthaiga but the two are in the same social class. That's like discrediting someone with $1 billion because Musk has $200 billion. It's stupid because both are billionaires and live almost similar lifestyles. They are in the same social class despite the difference in wealth. Just so you know, you are a very annoying and headstrong character. Kitengela is a middle class neighborhood and is not the next Runda. Kubali yaishe and stop wasting my time. Never compare that dusty suburb to Runda. Runda = Upper Class Kitengela = Middle Class Comprende?? You can't compare the two. It is clear that you don't even understand those definitions that you have uploaded as screenshots. Since men have learned to shoot without missing, I have learned to fly without perching
