Did you know that Kite has an
Ethiopia ndogo
Congo DRC ndogo
Rwanda-Burundi ndogo?
Why do you think these regional mblathees of ours are flocking hapa? Hear them explain why in their own broken KiswahiliLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

The funniest was jana I was driving down Namanga rd in Kite CBD and saw a karashinga driving his piki piki heading home "across the bridge."

Karashingas si wajinga. They too have smelled the opportunity in Kenya's fastest growing town and have moved in big time. Hardware shops are being bought up left right and centre by them.

Tigoni is the new Runda.

don't compare tigoni with runda. tigoni is what runda wished it could have been but can never be.

Do you see any dust in this kshs 34 million maisonette hapa? Angel

Why would I buy that house in the dusty surburbs of Kitengela, 1 million kilometers from Westlands/Upper Hill/CBD when I can buy a townhouse in the real Runda for the same price?

Because you are stuck in the past and Kitengela is the futureDrool
There's a reason why Kitengela is Kenya's fastest growing town and not Tigoni

the reason is tax bracket.

Jon Jones has no clue what he's talking about. I doubt he has even been to Tigoni Drool
Of course Tigoni is upper class. If you were to count the number of people who own all the land in Tigoni, it is a handful of msungus and local billionaires.

https://www.businessdail...m-that-s-tigoni-2073912

This is why very little NEW investment is going into Tigoni because the farms/homesteads have been established there since enzi za wakoloni.

Meanwhile 300 billion went into Kitengela corridor last year
I asked JonJones to tell us how much in comparison was invested in Tigoni and he pulled up stumpsLaughing out loudly

true. getting land in tigoni is near impossible. you will need to pay over the odds to get the owners interested.

Flourishing Kenyan Middle Class Attracts Artcaffé Group in Kitengela

Artcaffé Group has opened its 29th outlet, Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery in Kitengela attributing it to the rising disposable incomes from a flourishing middle class.

Betty Musyoki, Head of Real Estate at Artcaffé Group, said, “Our emphasis is to be in strategic locations that are a hub of economic and social activity. As one of the fastest expanding towns, Kitengela represents a growing economy and flourishing middle class; we look forward to being a part of this community as well as positively impacting local growth.”

ArtCaffe Kitengela is a 130-seater bar and restaurant and it is the first branch that has been opened outside of Nairobi for the group. The company recently opened two restaurants, Artcaffe and Urban Burger at the Capital Centre.

Artcaffe si wajinga. They know where the growth nodes are and Kitengela was their first pick Drool Jon Jones hebu tafta dust hapa Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
