It is done.

Riverside, New Valley, Milimani, Upper Valley, Chuna, Yukos, Police Sacco/Utumishi, Safaricom 1 & 2, Muigai Estate, Acacia.

The bridge at Enkare onwards is the dividing line - to middle and upper middle class estates

Tarikiville Mall
Huge Quickmart sets up shop at brand new OBC Kitengela Mall
Fruits and Beyond at Yukos
Pavilion XV opposite Chuna
Club 034 -the Boeing Aeroplane on the block
Halcyon Club
Hundreds of other high end entertainment joints
GMC fun place is on fire
First row plots are going for tens of millions

Even Quiver Lounge has seen Kitengela's boom and is setting up Quiver Lounge II ( four times the size of the original Quiver at Acacia Junction

High end European SUVs everywhere
Other than Milimani, almost everyone "beyond the bridge" owns their own home.

Massive, stunningly beautiful homes coming up as far as the eyes can see past the bridge.

Is Kitengela the new Runda?
There is no turning back for Kenya's fastest growing town, in my modest estimation.

Quickmart are not idiots. They do their research thoroughly and follow the upper crust of Kenyan society no matter where it goes smile

Life in Kitengela;

Developers and investors are currently taking advantage of these factors to come with some of the Kite’s affluent gated communities which are even more advanced than those in Nairobi neighbourhoods.

Why would I buy that house in the dusty surburbs of Kitengela, 1 million kilometers from Westlands/Upper Hill/CBD when I can buy a townhouse in the real Runda for the same price?

Mugundaman, beat it. Kitengela will never be the new Runda.

Tigoni is the new Runda.

Because you are stuck in the past and Kitengela is the futureDrool
There's a reason why Kitengela is Kenya's fastest growing town and not Tigoni

They are tarmacking the roads in the esto where this house is very shortly.
The price of the house will shoot to 80m when that happens.
Si we told you guys 5 years ago that in ten years time a 1/4 acre in Kitengela's prime estates will be going for 50m and some did not believe us? Laughing out loudly

Over the last 3 years, at least Ksh 300 billion has been poured into development projects in the city outskirt towns of Kitengela and Athi River.

Jon Jones has this amount been poured into the tea plantations of Tigoni where 5 people own half of the area?Laughing out loudly
Wake up and smell the delicious Kitengela coffee ma broda
Am a trend follower (not loyal to any town) and all my research 15 years back pointed to Kitengela.
The numbers don't lie
And Kitengela has not even gotten started yet.
Did you know that

Powerstar Supermarket's most profitable branch is Kitengela?
Kitengela is about to become a municipality meaning KURA tarmack will start rolling out big timeApplause ?
Kitengela's sprawling elite are wealthier per capita than Nairobi core, with homeownership rates exceeding 95%?
Kitengela is one of the youngest cities in both age and demographics, meaning the youth bulge dividend will drive growth for decades to come?
Kitengela quality of buildings, planning and general aesthetics cannot be compared to Mlolongo, Ngong, Rongai, Kiserian, Juja?
Kajiado has the highest construction activity of any suburb in Nairobi metro with Kitengela outpunching its weight class?

Did you not read this?Drool
Auctions? What auctions?
Over 95% of Kitengelans own their own homes
Over 80% of said homes were built bila loans
How do you auction a home with no loans?smile
Probably 90% of auctions are in Nairobi core. 20m tiny apartments in Kilimani that owners who thought they are big shots working for corporate Kenya borrowed for on 18% loans Laughing out loudly
