@murchr that was for full yr 2013.

I could not attend the AGM yesterday.

It was good to see some of you during the AGM yesterday.
The annual bonus of 1.10 was issued.

The authorized share capital was increased from 150m to 500M with an intention of adding making it to 1 B by 2020.
Consistency is better than intensity

Hi Wazuans,

Any one of us who has the intention or has taken up their rights in the ongoing rights issue? I noticed the aim to raise about 250m from the rights but that would cover on the land acquisition cost for the Limuru Road project. How are they going to finance the entire project?

Just defended my rights 100%. I don't know if the subscription was 100% by the last day [oct 31st] but if not, the untaken rights will be offered to the public as it happened in 2012.

We just had the AGM on zoom AGM:
Net profit before tax 11.2M compared to 6M in 2019
Dividend payment of kshs 3 per share
To divest from the property market.
Consistency is better than intensity

When are the dividends scheduled to be paid? Did they give a specific timeline?

There was no timeline but there is a property they are selling in ruiru and part of the cashflow from that project was to be used to pay the dividends.
