Rank: Hello Joined: 10/29/2019 Posts: 3 Location: Nairobi		My neighbor always lights a charcoal jiko every evening and places it near the wall between us. The smoke and fumes get blown by the wind to my back yard and I have to close windows and doors to keep away the carbon monoxide. I live in a gated community/estate. What recourse do I have ?

How about you talk to your neighbour? Diplomatically. Absolutely. That is my first step. Am only asking for advice inorder to prepare for what would happen if our discussions are not fruitful. I went to his home and did not find him but got contacts from the farm hand. I called but after mentioning the reason for the call, he requested and we agreed to speak the following day at 9a.m. He has not answered or returned my calls for a week now.
