Unfortunately, he won't have a chance to learn and undo his mistakes. A leader must make decisions, whether right or wrong, and he believed in his choices.

History says Kinjekitile Ngwale gave Tanzanians water fetched from Lake Tanganyika and convinced them it would protect them from German bullets. Magufuli was present day Kinjekitile and managed to convince Tanzanians that steam would protect them from this virus.

To some, he will be a hero, and to others a villain.

Hope relations between Kenya and Tanzania will improve.

I get the impression he was very popular in TZ. Many Tanzanians online are saying he is the best prezzi ever. Some of the stats I have been reading for example say he saved the country $430m simply by banning frivolous foreign trips by public officials.

There is also reports that unlike Kenya, Tanzania did not bow down to China so they are not as indebted as Kenya is.

Yeah right. Especially if they try to block some business mission or jeopardize Mzungu resource siphoning. All those presidents you see living affluent in Africa are bedfellows with the mzungu, their shoe shine boys!
