SIC had made a decision to have quarterly investor conference.There was 1st conference at the end of April and there was great engagement and feedback.
The main issue is still the backlog in the selling of shares.
The board is working towards improving performance of the org before listing at the NSE.This is to prevent the homeboyz experience of shares falling immediately they are listed.
Zaria village at TATU city is still the flagship project and looks very promising.

2021 rebates
"Based on the financial performance of the organization;
The General Meeting resolved: That the Society shall pay out rebates of 60% of net surplus (based on the society’s dividend policy of paying 60% of surplus); this translates to Kshs. 1.45 divided per share and totalling to a gross sum of Kshs. 117,402,959"
