For an ushago shamba store this looks very appealing and is cost effective at 1k per metre with no need for underlayment.

Anyone with experience with it?

Is it noisy during the rain?
Leak issues after a few years?
Fading manenos over time?

I want to use it for a a small store structure huko ushago.

I have looked at the other designs from the same company and none of them cuts the mustard in terms of aesthetics except this one.


And of course the only colour to go with is charcoal.

Age and family mellows us all over time
