Anyone who has had a view of the sessional paper no. 10 of 1965 please share the link as to where I could get it.

A good starting point could be at the government printers(next to Kenya polytechnic), I believe you might get a copy there.

be the Singapore government sessional paper which was cut & paste from Kenya's

Gordon Gecko: Interesting.If the Singapore did cut and paste the Kenyan sessional paper;then what happened?Why did Singapore take off and Kenya...as Jeff Koinange likes to say,its still on the runway,ready for take-off,but never taking off??

It's impossible for Singapore to cut and paste this paper. Allusions about Singapore also distract from a real and critical analysis of the paper.

You can find another critical assessment of Sessional Paper No. 10 of 1965 on African Socialism and its Application to Planning in Kenya here.
