Shareholders to ratify at the EGM on 30th July 2020

Link please...

Delisting TCL only or is CABL also leaving the market?
TCL is up 10% this morning

Just to quote one of the founding wazees with considerable stake in TCL.....

fair value = 28 bob
Was that before or after they defaulted on their bond payments?

It was last year at Sigona Golf club when doing my side hustle as caddie

These Wazees are always upto something.
How is 28 bob fair value for a firm that has been bleeding so profusely?

And yet, here we are with a firm that couldn't pay its debts.

Assets that come with equal debts means little.
ARM, KQ, etc all had "assets" and forgot about the "madeni" until the creditors came knocking.

I wish it well after the delisting but what is it it couldn't do while listed to make its shareholders wealthy?

From their latest disclosure, all debt has been restructured. Remember how SBM bank came with moto mingi and even tried to auction EACables over a deni of 200 mili? The wazees pulled a rabbit out of the hat and SBM quietly accepted their terms.
Unlike ARM and Nakumatt, TC books are not mired with untidy transactions of insider lending. Remember ARM hid a 13 billion insider loan in their books for years before the truth finally caught up with them. I also wish TC well. I like the wazees who despite being mkono gamu, always give valuable advise if you are lucky to interact with them.

I saw the TCL Notice. Nothing from Cables but they are joined at the hip so it might be a matter of time.

The two are heading north bega kwa bega. Though CABL is sluggish needs some news to inspire
