If Walukhe would agree to spill the beans, and provide evidence that William was the recipient, then the deep-state (if it exists) have their magic bullet to stop William permanently. I have a feeling the AG or someone else will seek the supreme court advisory on chapter 6 and eligibility of candidates for elective positions.
