Let's also discuss other pandemics that have been brought by the imaginary corona pandemic.

Depression pandemic in the populous. Millions of Kenyans are now suffering from depression. Most because of lack of income . The rich are suffering because of the fear of instant death if infected. I know of a prominent lawyer who only steps out of his house to drive around town alone just to get the feeling of the outdoors and never meets anyone. The only contact is phone calls. I learned that when he passes a very lucrative deal because he feared meetings. I have no idea of how he interacts with his immediate family.
I read somewhere that teaching is the hardest hit profession followed by lawyers.
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

This debate is still going on?
Where I live, hardly any one mentions Corona. We moved on to other problems.

Does it mean you dont have Corona where you are or you have adopted and are living comfortably side by side?

It is definitely there but we decided to live with it.
Initially, people were pretending to wear masks but all done away with now. The last time the minister gave an update was two months ago.

You had to read that somewhere? Secondly, one lawyer's paranoia or excessive precautions don't qualify to be applied to an entire profession, Courts are working albeit, at a reduced capacity. And lastly, it is not an imaginary pandemic , if it is, then the prominent lawyer is a hypochondriac and Covid 19 is the largest conspiracy ever perpetrated in plain sight.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

The last we heard of bodies dropping was in Ecuador.

I live in the part Subsaharan Africa with the highest number of infections yet the mortality rates remain low. People are dying, same way they were dying before Corona. No spike whatsoever.

Thanks @kaka2za.

My optimism about this pandemic keeps parambulating between high and low.

At some point I am all upbeat that we are good and are fighting the demon very well. The next minute I get scared especially when you hear of someone well known to many has got it and probably gone. There is a Robert Muriithi being talked about in social media who seems to have shocked many as he did not fall in the category of old or had an underlying condition yet he got it from a young guy he was mentoring and in 12 days he was gone)
