Hospital says it is claiming ksh.357mn from provider. Jubilee has responded, saying NH isn't providing disclosures on bills/charges. Patients/customers under Jubilee medical cover are the ones now suffering Jubilee seems justified. Nairobi Hospital may come off worse in this battle Jubilee Insurance of late have many issues. Someone has to take up the mantle to stop the fraud and ambulance chasing. As the largest (or top 3) medical insurer, it makes sense to do so. Mohammed Hersi wrote a FB post on this. Better still they should move all high networth business from Nrb Hsp. to AKUH. That way they will be in full control Stopping over-billing, fraud and "ambulance-chasing" has to happen across all hospitals. Others e.g. APA, CIC, OM, etc should JOIN Jubilee. Do you want to say AKUH who is a member of the Jubilee family doesn't over-bill and commit fraud as you have stated. Your argument holds no water,at this point we don't know between Nrb hospital and Jubilee who is right. Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle
