When I was a bachelor, any lady who come to my house meant consent. (Disclaimer - those were many years ago) Why would a lady visit a guys house especially at night?? The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

Consensual sex becomes rape if a person fails to disclose that he/she is suffering from HIV or other life threatening STD (Section 43(3)(c)) of the Sexual Offenses Act Quote:
43(3) False pretences or fraudulent means, referred to in subsection
(1)(b), include circumstances where a person -
(a)...
(b)...
(c) intentionally fails to disclose to the person in respect of
whom an act is being committed, that he or she is infected
by HIV or any other life-threatening sexually transmissible
disease.
