Now that Judge Mumbi has set a precedent of recovering money stolen from the state but in the hands of the thief's friends/children, can the same be backdated to 1962.

This is very good and encouraging.I would also urge them to go further and get any assets acquired and auction them.This may be the the one action that will kill our greed.

On going back to 1962,I suggest we bring ot closure and start from year 2000.Beyond that may not yield much and may mess up the current fight.

Hatutawezana kama Okwonko.

My thoughts are that some of those Waiviis are no longer with us,some could be in Sayuni and those who are around have eaten it all up.Records may not be there so the whole exercise will be a waste of time.

Think big names:- Moi,Michuki,Kihika Kimani,Biwot,Kamotho JJ etc.

I know we have other names but they are not as big even though they stole alot.
