With benefit of hindsight, it is easy to say that Trump took all the needed action (to some he did a good job if you follow the nutty Hannity). The point is how much time he wasted between the time the Covid warning was provided in his daily briefing, the warning from his staff that this was serious and not a hoax. And you have to also ask yourself, why have states been competing with the federal government for PPE and ventilators in the open market. Who have the Feds/FEMA been sending those so called pirated masks to? If you listen to Hannity, I know your answer.

I am glad my governor chose to take this seriously in early March and closed schools, universities, and non-essential businesses and for that we have prevented a run on our health infrastructure. And I look forward to my governor ignoring the so called "absolute authority" of DJT and only opening up the states businesses based on data and Public health advice.

Maybe Trump should have done NOTHING like Sweden. He should have ignored the 'homa' like the swedes. Then everyone would be happy. Sweden ignored the global corona-panic and now they are safe and the economy is doing great.

So what else do you want Trump to do? All countries under lockdown, including kenya, are suffering job losses. Also note that the number of corona deaths in the US, a country with a population of >300 million is still quite low, and the numbers are lower than those of people who die due to flu. Also do you want to say that Trump's corona response team comprising among other top experts Dr Fauci, the head of infectious diseases in the US, Prof Dr Redfield the head of the US Centre for disease control, Dr Jerome Adams the black man who is the US Surgeon General, and Dr Alex Azar, the US Minister for Health is incompetent?

Sweden has 10 million people and 11,445 cases (113.33 per 100,000 persons) and 1,033 deaths (9.03% case fatality)
Denmark has 5.6 million people and 6,511 (115.78 per 100,000 persons) and 299 deaths (4.46% case fatality)
Norway has 5.3 million people and 6,623 (122.17 per 100,000 persons) and 139 deaths (2.10% case fatality)
Finland has 5.5 million people and 3,161 cases (57.05 per 100,000 persons) and 64 deaths (2.02% case fatality)

So while the number of people getting infected in Sweden, Denmark and Norway are almost the same - the fatality of the cases in Sweden is more than twice as high as Denmark and more than 4 times as high as Norway and Finland!

The swedish president should stop playing Russian roulette with citizens lives and start listening to medical experts just like Trump is listening to Dr Fauci, Dr Jerome, Prof Dr Redfield & co.
