Rank: Member Joined: 3/16/2019 Posts: 313		Very disappointing that this once great firm collapsed at the hands of the very people who were brought in to save it. Spencon used to provide construction and engineering services for construction of buildings, roads and bridges, power, transmission and water supply infrastructure in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia. Spencon Tz seems to be still in operation. Spencon TZ Spencon: Inside the collapse of an African construction giant From this documentary (Gangsters, Golf and Greenbacks - BBC Africa Eye documentary) the two expatriates brought to "save" the company worked with convicted criminals and just cared about their salaries and bonuses. Civicon seems to be going the same way. There have been having a lot of problems in Uganda. I don't think they are still operating there. CIVICON Uganda sued for non-payment of workers
