Two Prime plots in Syokimau

Currently i have two prime plots in Syokimau, which speculative clients are selling.The plots are 3.5 Kms off Msa road: Entry point is at JKIA RESORT CLUB.
These are separate plots each 50 x 100 ft which is an 1/8th.
They are going for 1M or nearest offer.
They have ready title deed but the ownership will have to be transferred to the buyer.
If you have private means we can arrange for viewing at your convenience, if not we have to schedule.

@Josey.Is it possible to get 1/8th plot for 790k in syokimau?The seller has even offered to sell at 750k lowest !!
