Matokeo ya BBI. https://www.the-star.co....hs-attack-private-farm/
Quote:Tension remained high in Mai Mahiu on Monday after tens of armed youth raided the vast Utheri Wa Lari farm and left a trail of destruction.
The youths burnt down a fence around the vast farm before police moved in to contain the situation.
Naivasha MP Jane Kihara said the attack was instigated by incitement remarks made during the BBI rally.
Kihara said title deeds should be respected, said Utheri Wa Lari went to court for over twenty years before getting justice.
“The fruits of the skewed BBI rallies can already be seen with some people invading private land and its time government stamped its authority on this,” Kihara said. Proverbs 13:11 Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow.

ODM abandons position on government structure. In proposals to the BBI taskforce, party dumps its quest for a parliamentary system and creation of regional governments. https://www.the-star.co....on-government-structure/Proverbs 13:11 Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow.

Some very interesting proposals. Give us a hint. Certainly, the outcome of Meru rally will shape BBI debate going forward. I visited Mt-Kenya last week and the 'Thuraku-thuraku'-kwa ground are eagerly waiting for this referendum and to quote them, they want "To teach Uhuru a lesson" that they are not merely a voting machine. They voted for Muthamaki who not only abandoned them but used government machinery to wipe-out their livelihood. ....He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion..

When you look at this BBI nonsense its only old wazees looking for per diems, vijana wamekaushwa mbaya. The Meru BBI and the upcoming Uasin Gishu one will be the breaking point of the process Life is an endless adventure

Today, and this is a testament about how to shape public opinion, the average guy wants to know what is in this BBI thing. 1. There seems to be a consensus on 1-man,1-vote,1-shilling. 2. 15% budgetary allocation to agriculture. Hidden in that allocation is a subsidy program being called minimum return guarantee to farmers. 3. 67% of cabinet from inside parliament. 33% from outside. 4. Mt kenya development authority (like KVDA,LBDA). 5. The executive premier is a contentious one. Being tied to the one man one vote.

The Meru BBI and the upcoming Uasin Gishu one will be the breaking point of the process What i find puzzling is how uhuru continues to press on he must be receiving intelligence venye ground kuko Trouble started when an announcement was made that Raila, who had flown to North Imenti in a chopper, was about to enter the main hall at the Kenya Methodist University and the assembled leaders should prepare a rousing welcome for him. Chuka Igambang’ombe MP Patrick Munene, who was the first MP to speak, stirred the crowd when he said they did not want Raila at the event because Deputy President William Ruto had been locked out of the process.

The average Mt Kenya mtu doesn't want anything to do with this BBI or anything associated with babu. A day ago I happened to park my dirty car somewhere in muranga .when I come back some graffiti message was left at the back window. "NO BBI" I happened to note that it was home time and a bunch of high schoolers had passed by. I did not bother removing it as the youth had spoken. Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

What they did is utoto mtupu infront of Njuri ncheke, Kiama kia ma and the peace loving people of Meru and greater mountain region. They not only disrespected the people but also disrespected themselves. Even grade 3 kids in Imenti Central(ground zero..hapana hiyo ground yako) are fully aware that the land was desecrated by their infantile tantrums. Goats will have to be slaughtered to appease the gods otherwise it will not be business as usual in the Mountain. Daktari should be very worried... Bookmark The Njuri Ncheke can collect their brown envelopes in Statehouse but the mood on the ground is very clear. Mlisema next ni Nakuru? Uhuru has not delivered on his promises with the same powers and laws that Kibaki did....and people are not happy simple. Ofcourse aspiring PAs would never understand this. Mount Kenya people don't want BBI, they want development. They voted for UMK, now in office and they want him to deliver on his promises. Reggae was stopped in Meru. Life is short. Live passionately.

2019 census indicated that 5 Kenyan communities make up 65% of the population. The other 40 comprising 35% Whatever politicians say in these BBI rallies, the bottom line is that they will share the top 5 seats on the basis of tribal math. -Kamau Ngotho

Did I hear in Meru that BBI will fix the ailing Agricultural sector in Central Kenya? "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe

Akina Kimani Nginjiri will either be allowed to speak or else "stop the reggae" The idea to merge both Eld and Nakuru BBIs was not a good one.
