They use the QR Code for payments for everything. It's almost impossible to find someone with cash, even businesses there turn you away if you want to transact in cash. BBI will solve it :)

I understand the notion of keeping these Kenyans away but they need to eat and get out of the petri dish if we want them to survive. If GOK had charterd a plane to bring those kids to Lamu-some deserted island - let them stay there for 2wks under observation. It could end up being cheaper and more of a success story. But....well. Now are we going to stop receiving people from S.Korea, Iran and Italy? Cases have spiked there as well. What about the Kitui case? Covid 19 could be here already. That disease could be spreading here. We would never know until several people are taken down. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

I read some online article that treatments needs lots of oxygen tanks to keep up the treatment. Imagine how quickly that would overwhelm medical facilities here. On another how would quarantine work in Kenya where most people live for the day? Keep them 14 days you are looking at humanitarian disaster.

Early or timely diagnosis and quarantine. We do not have capacity for either. If in Italy they are still looking for patient zero, the original career, how can we manage? As much as I do not like Gvn. Obado, I agree with him that we should not allow any of these guys to come into the country. I'm sure they will understand. By Friday, Italy had 3 cases. Sunday, they had 130. Two of the first 3 dead. BBI will solve it :)

I heard Trump say (claim) that the virus cannot survive 6 hours exposed in dry/hot weather/environment. That is why Africa is safe In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

@ Wukan Airborne droplets will not travel from China to Kenya or across borders. There has to be close proximity for transmission to happen. Closing borders solves this problem!

SOUTH KOREA, ITALY AND IRAN ARE THE NEW WUHAN. MULTIPLE HUNDRED PERCENT JUMPS IN CASES. PEOPLE FROM IRAN ENTERING NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES TESTING POSITIVE. SIZE OF OUTBREAK IN IRAN IS PROBABLY MASSIVE FOR SUCH EXCESSIVE NUMBER OF VECTORS TO ESCAPE COUNTRY.
