Teachers are fast learners and most are above avarage in descipline. GOK should take them to a short 6 month cadet training and arm them with Pistols. TSC may not need to transfer them. Alternatively, the GOK can have a programme where NYS vijanas interested in becoming teachers are taken through customised Police training then Teachers college and posted accordingly....those can take care of guns coz they are police first
