@gathinga
Distance stated about 7 km from kangundo Road.
Some 2 ladies and a guy from the agents Lustman/Redall took us to the site.
The site is not fenced
We were informed that the developer has not carried out any similar project here.They told us the contractors are from south africa
I have also have yet to meet the actual project drivers/developer but please check this link for further details.

@Eddyz and gathinga, to me this seems too casual to be true.The costing factor does not add up even with whatever bricks. The location/site ownership should be verified independently if we give them the benefit of doubt. Let them do the first 50 units before you can commit money.

@Rahatupu,please explain more about the costing factor,though i do agree they should do some units first.

i think this project is a scam and people should be careful.They failed to deliver a show house and kept giving excuses,they have now relocated to a different but smaller land,have done away with the hydraform low cost houses,are now promising a 3 bedroom bungalow at 3.85M and have now changed from oasis to east brook!!

Thanks Eddyz for the info. I also got frustrated trying to access the site and decided to give up after driving for several kilometers along the bypass.

The direction from their map is misleading coz the Northern bypass that they take direction from has not been constructed yet thus you have to drive all the way to Past Ruai. Not so sure but if the deal looks very good, think many times.

Has anyone got an update on eastbrook? Is the project off ground as yet? How much are they going for?

I have been trying to contact them to go and visit the site and also to obtain further information about the project but havent gotten a response. Any further details that fellow wazuans can provide will be much appreciated!

Does anyone have information of what became of East Brook? Was at their site in 2010 and the developer had begun constructing the show house. But I noticed that the site had a very thick layer of black cotton (about 9 courses from the murram layer). I imagine he immediately ran into problems of how to do the foundation. The price in their website has since changed from 3.85M to 6.5M. Have anyone visited there recently?

This guys must be a con. A colleague of mine, insisted on a refund of the deposit she'd paid. They took her in circles eventually repaying, less some charges for I don't know, after she threatened to sue them.
