If I was advising Uhuru I would advise him to fire Ruto and force him to go to court, the court will likely have to send this to parliament because courts do not write laws they only interpret written laws. Right now the constitution did not clearly define the process of removing the DP, I cannot believe they could be that careless on the subject.
