Buying car spares from Japan

Hi peeps, Anyone with this experience who can explain how it's done? For example, who ships the parts? Do we have Cargo companies (like the Eastleigh ones) which ship from Japan? Thanks. Some people see the glass half full. Others see it half empty.

@Tokyo,Thanks..I did contact beforward and they quoted $79 for the spare,Shipping @114(DHL),@196(EMS,Japan post) saying its more costly via Japan post and that they don't even use that option.I even asked if they can send it to China(Salihiya) and they said they don't send stuff there..if you know of spares sellers who are more flexible,pls let me know..chakacrafts(at)gmail.com

Its about 3.5 kg(ABS Actuator)..3 weeks waiting is ok.
