On Friday, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, who appoints the commander of the Revolutionary guards, warned of “revenge” against the US, a call echoed by Iran’s allied groups, the Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Hezbollah Brigades in Iraq.
Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Ati when you say the truth that is inconvenient to some guy here; he is going to wrap himself in explosives and blow you into smithereens! Or sponsor the same – typical. Aside from that; Obama chose to treat Iran like a spoiled brat; Offer them candy, then as they gulp it in glee, take the knife away from their hands. That was working pretty well until Trump decided to upset the Apples cart. Amidst debilitating economic sanctions, Trump then tried to cajole Tehran into a deal of his own, but the Zealots incharge had other ideas, they chose to play hard ball. In such a scenario, situations of possible military show downs are the order of the day. The rest of the nuclear deal partners including China & Russia, though they are clear, They do not want to see Iran get a nuclear weapon,- and are committed to that position as the as per the original deal,- they are not okay with Trump’s withdrawal from the deal & subsequent armtwisting tactics he adopted.
