Hello Everyone.

I have been trying to get a ''shamba'' or a big land along eastern by pass to do some farming and maybe dispose later when prices go up.
There is this place they are calling ''mwalimu farm'' i have not been there personally but some1 on the ground tells me its around 6km from oasis project or approximately 13km from ruai.
I am not very sure about it but pple are saying this is where Wilson airport is being relocated to.
Could some1 shed more light on this area and let me know about the real value of the area.. per acre..

We have Land in different locations and as i wrote earlier in this forum.
Our rates are as follows ie on 50 x 100 plot(an eighth) sizes with ready title deeds and where applicable certificates

SOYKIMAU KSH 600 000-1000000
KATANI KSH 200 000- 500 000
UTAWALA along the Easten Bypass KSH 350 000
KANGUNDO Rd. (KAMULU) from KSH 150 000

NB.-Payment can be done on installments of 4 months.
-Before you buy we take you to the field to view and make your informed decision.
