Let the fools cheer him on. We are sailing in the same boat. Kukiumana tuko pamoja. Their children will be in this country too. Let them continue thinking tribal, ati oh kathamaki, oh this, oh that. If we want to go ahead in this country, we should never cheer tribal politics.

Promotion of electric cars may be a good thing. The problem, is that the billionaire king may intend to add to his billions.

When the King and the merchant are in competition, we can be sure that Statehouse will convert to marikiti. Merchants should be on that side and Presidents on the other side.

The President has done well to dip a toe into the Green revolution: but now he needs to direct such radical changes that will make him and his friends lose wealth but promote nobility for Wanjiku and themselves.

Do we have express charging points for electric cars ANYWHERE in Kenya.

Or are we supposed to come home and charge the car using some "home made" charging system. And HOPE that KPLC power is not interrupted ?d'oh! Sad

The only option available is to use the charger provided on purchase of the vehicle - that takes 8-15 hours to charge your vehicles.

if they really want people to buy electric vehicles and go green they can as well drop the taxes on solar accessories.

This kind of thinking is what will leave wondering when did the shit happen?
When the fossil fuels cars came here first there was not fossil oil, but demand dictated that fossil energy follows and those who saw opportunities opened petro stations and other energy related businesses, spare part shops, garages etc.

Today there are those who will think in similar ways and will provide such charging stations and related services at a fee and make a living out of it.

You keep lamenting....
