For me Rhumba is about dancing ones heart out - leaving one feeling good on the inside, refreshed and in high spirits. At Enkare they didnt seem to have a provision for dancing - focus was more on drinking and Meating! Leteni joints... kwani iko nini! Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu

The clientele at enkare is mature. You leave your phone and drink on the table when going to the washroom. There is nobody to steal your phone or spike your drink. Those are found at 411 and Bailey's.
