I don't think the FY19 annual report is out but receivables days were at 171 in FY18.

This is normally a big eff up!! At times the mobile one is down while the desktop version is up. I learnt this the hard way yesterday.
The S.O.B keeps logging you off immediately you log in or giving you connection error messages!!!
I started getting this problem a while back, until I realized it only did that when I connected using a Telkom line. After switching to Safaricom, it stopped logging me out.
