But not enough. They should shout more for the buses to reverse and pick those left at the stage and allow people to add passengers before we hit the inevitable express way!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

If you are this rich before marriage, male or female, get a freaking prenup!!! If you were broke and you hustled together, well and good. Share that loot. But walking into my life and leaving 5 years later with millions of pounds, are you a bank robber!!?? Teach this sh!t to your kids. Any love/relationship can go south!!! Protect your stuff Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Remaining lot hopefully I buy at a lower price. Probably at a higher one given the demand and supply patterns. I have have bought so much of Equity Bank shares, I feel like I literally own the Bank!!! Not as a shareholder. As the dude who owns this sh!t!! The buying spree almost coming to an end. It is receiving bad press and for good reason, but I am a veeeery long term investor. The future is bright! @vvs should lend me a pair of sunglasses!!  I have also gone heavy on Kenya Re. You will receive a tongue lashing from the All Knowing MugundaMan Wachana na @MugundaMan. He thinks there is only one investment avenue. We are also in real estate others are in import - export, others are in farming, others are traders, some in forex etc. You get money where get it. @MugudaMan is the kind of fellow who imagines everyone should open a butchery just because he has a series of butcheries!!! Woe unto you if you open a hardware!!! You are in the hardware casino and you need to close it ASAP and open a butchery!!! Where is this @Mugundamn!!!??? I am more than 32% up in a few weeks and the ride is just beginning!!! Where did that chap go btw? Anywy I am sure he will be back to remind us what a mistake we are making by not buying his mugundas in DC
