Seens like Captain Wachira has lost first 'round' to reclaim his house. His ex-wife sold it. http://www.nation.co.ke/...1/-/w8al8b/-/index.html
This is a sad lesson to people in Diaspora especially when couples 'divorce' to get papers and still do joint projects. Will court of appeal help?
