What is the purpose of this "Authority"? FYI once an institution is termed as an authority, its purpose is to enforce rules/regulations eg KRA (taxes) KPA (Import regulations) Sasa hii??? Another Jubilee hot air and shortsightedness. People don't even follow enforncement as laid out in teh Labour laws and Labour Officers are mostly helpless, sasa hii ni ya? Next? So you create an employment agency, while policy & business environment doesn't promote creation of jobs. KRA also busy killing businesses. Jubilee think tanks, poor brains. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen
